Here's some info and updates

I contacted a lawyer he is an ex US State attorney and he currently works in a big bigish ... I really didn't look to see how big it was. He did a speech on Opiates in his state and I could tell right off he understood the very differences of the reality v.s fiction and hype. When I spoke with him he was not very happy with the stories I took to him. So I am really hoping he is our Erin Brockovitch. He said he would check into it with his colleagues and see what if anything we can do legally as a class-action.
So I told him I would gather as many names as possible on this petition who has been terminated from their pain protocols, being involuntarily tapered, or cut off cold turkey, Denied to be treated by a physician because of the Rx types you were on. So if you or some one you know has had this happen please sign the petition your voice isn't just for yourself its for the hypothetical people who have had this happen if it becomes a class action lawsuit.
I have to call him back in 2 weeks  :)
petition

LOL it redirects you to moveon.org incase you were wondering.

I am not a lawyer, but what I would do is one of our first filings to be an emergency cease and desist.
Which will give us time to litigate with out you suffering. I don't want them to put our backs to a wall forcing us to back off because of our compassion for each other will be used against us.

I believe there is enough scientific proof in the mainstream articles to back up that there is a greater negative effect on the population  than a positive one when it comes to how we treat this crisis.
My best advice is not asking for cash. It will demean the cause all you want is your prescriptions back and for the DEA to stop illegally searching data systems they are not supposed to have access to. Our Drs are not drug dealers they are doing what the can to ease the suffering of humanity according to:"

  2. Thank you for helping. The real problem is that the CDC is engaging in a coverup of how the Opioid Crisis happened. There is a disease called ADHD and there is a medicine called Cannabis that treats it. There is also a poison called Methamphetamine that relieves the symptoms of ADHD, but causes users to have an opioid craving because users who stay on Methamphetamine become unable to sleep normally. (The poison also causes brain damage, psychosis, stroke, heart disease, and is addictive. But DEA calls it a Schedule II drug. DEA calls Cannabis a Schedule I drug, allegedly too dangerous to test, even though Cannabis never poisoned anybody.) I wrote a paper to the FDA, in which I use data from Government scientists, collected over 30 years, proving this to be true. The CDC knew or should have known about the 30 years of federal research proving why people who use the poison end up on opioids, but pretended that the West Virginia methamphetamine epidemic was completely separate from the West Virginia opioid epidemic, and then helped the DEA attack pain patients and blame us for their epidemic, to create a shortage of opioids. I cannot prove why the CDC did this, but I fear that CDC guessed they could force methamphetamine users into detox, if they took away their sleeping medicine. The gamble failed, because gangsters took over making both illicit methamphetamine and illicit synthetic opioids and doubled their profits. Meanwhile the DEA has a giant credibility problem, because it lied to America's parents for 44 years, telling them that Methamphetamine was safer than cannabis, and told parents they should let doctors give their ADHD kids meth but never try their ADHD kids on cannabis. The DEA is killing kids and the CDC is covering it up. Lobbyists for the private prison industry make their money on locking up the millions of adult ADHD patients who quit the meth and switch to cannabis...they have a lucrative racket making a crime out of having a disease and won't give up their crooked coverup without a court fight forcing them to cut it out. I'd appreciate if you read my FDA paper on this subject and showed it to your lawyer. 1. I will read the paper as soon as I get the chance. I never considered the ADHD link however I can see that being and issue and ADHD diagnosis are continuing to grow in numbers. Part of the problem is Trump has placed a lot of people in positions they don't belong in and they are making the current policy. The other part of the problem is suboxone. They make a killing off it. I personally believe in legalizing cannabis, but I don't agree with banning opioids or Kratom. Different things work for different people and people should have a choice for what works for them. I will be in touch after I read your paper. Thanks so much for sharing :)
